There should be three that you need to be concerned with unless your tractor has a front end loader. The PTO lever is on the left side and just about under your leg. Forward is neutral or unengaged and back is engaged. If you tractor has draft control there is another lever on the right side under your seat.

I think most if not all 3ph's have two possible oil paths to the cylinder.
