2022 Rates by Dental Plan. The following rates will take effect on 1 January, 2022. The rates are taken from the documents published by each of the following companies. They are presented here for your information. If you’re interested in any of these companies, please follow the provided links to read their 2022 policy information.Once the annual deductible has been satisfied, the Pensioners' Dental Services Plan (PDSP) will reimburse 90 percent of eligible preventive and basic dental services and 50 percent of eligible major dental services up to a yearly total combined maximum of $1,500 (or $750 if coverage began after July 1st).You may enroll between 31 days prior to your military retirement date and 60 days following. It is important to remember, enrollment is not automatic. If you choose to enroll in FEDVIP, you must enroll prior to your military retirement date to prevent a gap in dental coverage between your Active Duty or Reserve dental plan and your FEDVIP plan. If you and a family member are covered under more than one group dental plan, you may coordinate benefits up to 100% of the actual eligible expenses. There is no coordination of benefits between members of the Pensioners' Dental Services Plan (PDSP). Coverage Ends Automatically. When the member and/or dependant dies or is no longer eligible.
