Note that Hekate and Atmosphere have their own sigpatches. The ones for Hekate are in the bootloader folder and the sigpatches for Atmosphere are in the atmosphere folder. This updated Atmosphere to 1.6.3. I then downloaded Firmware 17.0.0 (rebootless) and used Daybreak to install it. After that, I noticed my games where showing [!] and figured I needed to update the sigpatches. I have tried copying the updated sigpatches over to the sd card and that didn't work.

For me, I have a Erista vulnerable switch, atmosphère 0.19.3, Firmware 12.0.1 and the latest sigpatches uploaded on the OP and me, and Animal Crossing New Horizonts, V0, V1.3.1, V1.10.0, 2DLC, works just fine, I did try installing the base, running, the 1.3.1 update, running, 1.10.1 running and DLC and at each time the software execute all fine.

Tbh I'd much rather wait for Atmosphere to get to a stable release of 0.16.0 than to have patches for the pre-release. Still tho, keep an eye out for Reddit or other pages with forums like those.
