Acceptance rates anywhere around 70% from my understanding. To give you my timeline, I started processing November of 21 with the Air Force, switched over to Army processing February of 22 for the same reasons, and my board convenes the end of August (3 weeks from now). So probably 6months to a year to see a board. Maybe longer, depends on you.

He is likely intentionally delaying to ensure that you miss the OCS date. The upcoming board packets must be submitted to USAREC by July 28. If you haven't begun the process yet, it's highly unlikely that you will meet the deadline due to the time required to assemble a complete packet.
