I would do 2 levels rogue 5 wizard then straight arcane trickster. Arcane tricksters can get haste but won't be an option till late even as is will be pretty late for it all to start rolling though not quite as late. The fighter dip would throw in right after rogue 5 to get a fighting style, quicktoss, and a couple other benefits.
