Well it might be just the way Malone lists it. Typically going "Stage I" with your car was doing software. Stage II was software with exhaust/intake work. Stage III is those and a bigger turbo, etc etc. Glad you like the tune. I have the Stage II, but with the delete. No more regens, and the car sounds so much nicer.
